S-19255——5.5V input, 125℃ operation, 300mA output current. Available in an ultra compact (1.0 x 1.0mm) package. Noise countermeasures include a high ripple rejection rate. 0.1μF input capacitors can be used.

S-19251——5.5V input, 105℃ operation, 150mA output current. Available in an ultra compact (0.8 x 0.8mm) package. Noise countermeasures include a high ripple rejection rate.

S-19252——5.5V input, 105℃ operation, 150mA output current. Available in an ultra compact (1.0 x 1.0mm) package. Soft start functionality is integrated.

Voltage detector:

S-19100 H (105℃ operation)——Available in an ultra compact package (1.2 x 1.6mm) ideally suited to high density mounting. Ultra-low current consumption of 270nA.
